We have in deciding which departments are superfluous, come to the "details" on which we might not agree! I can accept what you have identified perhaps with the exception of Agriculture. I know what Agriculture does and because I feel that the production of food is to important and valuable to be left to chance, we need the functions of this agency! Could they be cut in size? Probably very well.
Energy would require me to know better just what they do. Right now I don't know if they really do anything! Energy is currently one of the most burning issues in the nation and I might go either way one this one.
As you mention, the military is the poster child for waste, ridiculous purchases and excessive largess. But the minute you even mention cutting anything, "don't you want the best for our young fighting men?"
Glad we agree on as much as we do! Reckon we can get converts?

Charles, the sign on the pen said Snow Leopard, but i agree it doesn't look right. maybe they just had him in the pin, they were doing some work around there.
